Good location and clean pool, but rooms needed maintenance and were noisy.

Blooming perennials near office, polite young man at check-in, young man at check-out
Parking lot containing an unregistered vehicle affects the overall appeal!!! Vending machines blocking the walkway during rain creates a nuisance!!! Some attention to detail, like improved drainage on walkways, might be beneficial!!!

It was a good pick for a mini-vacation in Cortez with a nice price-quality ratio. The front desk guy suggested a local Chinese place and it was delicious. If you're looking for a clean room, this one works.

The huge pool was a delight! My room was comfy and surprisingly clean, definitely better than I expected from a budget hotel.
The steps to the second floor gave me a mini heart attack. Carrying my luggage up those stairs was an Olympic sport.

missingWrote a review on Jul 20clean poolspacious roomssmall bathroomoutdated propertymoderate breakfast
The location provided easy access to nearby attractions, and the pool was clean and available for use. However, the bathrooms were small compared to the spacious rooms, and the property felt outdated despite ongoing maintenance efforts. At breakfast, reasonable seating was available, making it a comfortable start to the day. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt slightly disappointing given the facility's age.

missingWrote a review on Jul 17friendly staffcomplimentary breakfastconvenient locationcloudy pool
Had an awesome time with friends exploring Ute Mountain Casino and enjoying a round of golf at the lovely 18-hole course. The staff was super friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus! Plus, the location was convenient with a great Mexican restaurant right next door. Perfect spot for a fun getaway!
One downside was the pool, which was cloudy and not very inviting. It could definitely use some improvements.
